Meet the Practitioner: Jen Julius

We met Jen Julius at a multiple Chamber mixer last year. She joined the Songbird Flock last fall when Songbird was just starting to expand into offering coaching. Jen is a Life Coach (highlighting clarity, communication, & confidence) and Radio Host. Her motto, “Change Your Story. Change Your Life. Change the World.” is right in line with Songbird. We are excited to have her dynamic make-it-happen personality as part of our community.

Jen Julius, MA is a Life Coach, Speaker, Workshop Leader, and Radio Host. As a coach, she specializes in supporting career-driven parents to create genuine work/life balance so they can be successful both professionally and personally. With an extensive professional background working with students, families, and incarcerated youth and adults, plus a personal background of battling an eating disorder, addiction, and unhealthy relationships, Jen believes that everyone has a story, but we also have a choice in how we create our lives today and tomorrow. As a coach, she specializes in supporting career-driven parents to create genuine work/life balance so they can be successful both professionally and personally. 

Prior to beginning her coaching practice, Jen worked with highly traumatized youth and families that have battled addiction, violence, criminal histories, gang involvement, and more. Her unique professional background as a School Counselor in the K-12 setting, a Family Coach for youth on probation, a volunteer consultant for an inmate-led program in San Quentin State Prison, plus various other roles, has allowed her to gather a plethora of information about how to truly inspire and support genuine change and growth in bothindividuals, families, and groups.
